Dori was punctual and worked industrious throughout the job. Very pleased with the bathroom which had a lot of limescale on the shower and glass partition. My only quibble was in the kitchen - the oven cleaned but unfortunately left water runs inside the oven door which I’m unable to tend to myself. This was not seen at the time as the oven door was open - slide under door. Overall very pleased.

Dealt with challenging cleansing issues at end of 10 year tenancy professionally and effectively, returning apartment to best possible condition. Good communication and value for money.

I had an excellence experience with Lets Shine. They were accommodating with scheduling a full clean a week before Christmas as we were preparing for family visiting. Booking was easy, an invoice and receipt were provided quickly they are very responsive. Dori arrived on time was lovely and friendly she worked around us working from home. I was so pleased with how spotless everything was afterwards thank you so much and sorry for the delay in reviewing!

Excellent cleaning service. Irina was efficient, helpful and prompt in anwering queries and finding us the right cleaner for my elderly Mum. The cleaner Pavlina was lovely, friendly and hard working, no complaints about this service or the standard of cleaning. Would highly recommend (especially in comparison to the previous service we tried!)

I couldn't be more grateful for the Let's Shine Team. Despite the small confusion at the beginning, Irina has been very accommodating and communicative with us, which is always appreciated. Our cleaning specialist, Pavlina, is excellent and has taken a huge burden off my shoulders. I can trust her to clean to an even better standard than my own, and look forward to the fresh home she leaves us with. I would happily recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning service.
