  Overall, an excellent installation. Luke provided a clear, detailed quote from the outset and there were no hidden extra costs added during the process. He and his colleague, Ross were puntual, polite, professional and friendly throughout the two days of work. They were receptive to any queries and suggestions I had and accommodated them, if Luke believed they were professionally viable. The completed project was an absolute joy to look at and needless to say I am very pleased with their workmanship.   Shed base & 8’ 8’ shed installed

  Level Bases did an excellent job laying down the concrete base & installing the shed. They was on time & was very efficient and tidied up at the end of the day. I would use them again, and I would recommend them to other people.

  Summer House Design / Construction

  Base and summer house build

  Firstly, when they turned up wasn’t happy with the base not being level. After getting it levelled, still wasn’t happy so we agreed they would do it, added a very thin layer to make it level. So much for the 3 inches that were promised. Then this is where the disaster starts, ground still wasn’t quite level. Then the build, damaged door fittings, forget to lay glue on the roof, as his professional Roofer said it didn’t require it, even though instructions clearly stated it should be added. Then gaps and nails showing! AVOID! No after care and don’t care once been paid.

  I’d like to clarify the circumstances surrounding this job. The concrete base you assured us was suitable was clearly uneven and not at all level. We explained the options but the remedial work carried out by someone you appointed failed to resolve the issue. We returned, levelled the base and completed the installation. The summerhouse materials had been poorly stored causing warped timber and making the job more difficult. We addressed these issues and explained everything. Despite this, you continued to complain including making an unfounded accusation of theft. We stand by our workmanship.

  Installing and assembling 4 x 6ft shed including providing slabs for the base.

  Luke and his colleague arrived on time, got to work very quickly and provided regular updates on the progress of the build. Both were very skilled and completed within the time expected. Would definitely recommend and would hire again for any future garden projects. Thank you both
