Worked very hard in little space very happy and so clean and tidy.

Very good finish. Left tidy. Very Professional. A pleasure to deal with.

Overall the work was of a good standard. As you would expect there were a few points along the way that needed some modification and rework but these were minor and completely immediately. Gerry and his team were very friendly and helpful throughout the project and always left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day

Missed two appointments 1st and 6th August

Gerald was great to work with, he got back to us very quickly with a quote and was able to start right away. He talked us through all the work and kept us constantly updated with the upcoming work. The workspace was kept tidy and they put up dust sheets and closed doors to keep the house clean. Gerald always consulted us about the work ensuring he got it right and offered his advice on parts we were not so sure about. Overall he was very helpful, reliable and friendly.

Original agreement was for the following work items: Soffit board painting - never started New flashing around existing rooflight - completed to satisfaction. Roof clearing of moss - 25% complete. Demolition of internal wall - 100% completed to satisfaction. Fitting of rooflight - Not started - I had to pay another contractor to complete Replastering internally - partially complete, I had to pay another contractor to complete Half original quotation was paid up front for less than half the job. Many missed appointments with minimal communication. I had to clear waste...
