Level Up completed work to renovate 1 aged bathroom into 2 separate ones and a reconfigure of the downstairs including a new kitchen fitted The work carried out was of an outstanding quality, they were patient with all our questions and queries during the planning process. Paul took time to explain all of the payment plan and broke it down so we were extremely clear on all of the payment structure Rich was our account manager and was extremely patient, dealt with all the inevitable minor issues that cropped up and even took the time to send us a video of the progress while we were away

We recently had our garage converted and couldn’t be happier with the finished result. The workmanship is excellent, and the finish is to a very high standard. Every tradesperson was polite, friendly and respectful of our home, always leaving everything clean and tidy. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when we made changes or unexpected issues arose, and we were always given honest, helpful advice. The pricing was very competitive, and we’ve been left with an outdoor entertainment space we absolutely love.

Our architect recommended Level Up as he worked successfully with them on previous projects. Ours was a major project involving a ground floor extension and considerable internal modification (we moved out for 6 months). Prior to committing we were invited to another Level Up project to see an example of their work. Before the work commenced we had an initial meeting with the key people who were all experienced and professional. This was the start of a great working relationship with them. We're very happy with the finished product and have no hesitation in recommending Level Up to others.

This is the second house I've brought Level Up into and they've done an amazing job as always. The guys are all really friendly and professional, they insist only in the highest quality work, and they deliver on their promises. I'll be using them again for more work next year, and beyond.
