  • Main lintel replacement, damp proofing + plastering

    I have used Lewis countless times now and always appreciate his ability to juggle things to ensure we have the minimum void period. This job started as a simple one however ....... on taking off the plasterboard much larger problems were revealed including a main lintel that was rotten and brickwork above collapsing. Lewis immediately steadied things with acrow props and set to work. He is always conscious of client costs and offers options without pressure. Cleaning was one notch below usual high standard but Lewis jumped on it and rectified. It makes a difference when the owner cares.

    This is the second time we've used Lewis and his team. Their workmanship is just THE BEST! The initial job turned into a bigger than expected one when rotten joists were discovered. Lewis was there every step of the way, coordinating everything to ensure the joists were replaced so that new flooring could be laid. He and his team are friendly, punctual and always do a great job cleaning up at the end of the day - thank you!
