After experiencing issues with our boiler not starting just before Xmas we contacted Alex to see if he could come out, he replied promptly and came round that afternoon. He diagnosed serious issues with it but thankfully got it working. It then really let go and we needed a new one, Alex sorted a new one and installed it two days before Christmas. We couldn't thank him enough,. Alex is very professional & knowledgeable, i would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Lex Plumbing and Heating for a crucial plumbing issue, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. From the moment I contacted Alex, the professionalism and knowledge of his plumbing services were evident. Alex is a highly skilled and experienced professional based in Norwich, who fixed a potentially hazardous leaking 50 year old hot water cyclinder by replacing with a pressurised system. This also fixed pressure issues I've experienced for over 10 years in an upstairs bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Regrettably, I’m unable to recommend Alex from Alex Plumbing and Heating. He was whilst polite and friendly throughout. We asked him to complete a service on our HRM Oil Boiler, approx 12 months since the last time it was completed, also by Alex I must point out. It must be noted the boiler was working perfectly well, but the recommendation is to service it yearly. He arrived as expected on time and proceeded to replace valve and assured us it was working at 85% efficiency. We have used Lex plumbing and heating twice now and I cannot rate highly enough. His second visit was to replace all of our 1985 radiators with new ones, and plumb a new raditor into our office conservatory, so quite a big job. Alex was very professional and even took the time to explain how everything works. He had assistance from Trevor who was also very professional, and the two of them were a pleasure to have working in our house. We now have another plumbing job to be done so I look forward to seeing them both again!

It is very lucky to found Lex Plumbing and Heating. My whole family were suffered for the "NO" pressure hot water supply. It is very low pressure hot water supply in kitchen and toilet. I pose the request at "checkatrade" and get a very quick reply from Alex. Alex come and has a quick check of my system and suggest me to change the water cylinder. Alex is very polite and talkative person. He is well knowledge and eager to explain what problem of my system. The price is very reasonable and the work is professional. I am highly recommend Lex Plumbing and Heating.

Lex Plumbing did a great job of fixing a leak in my loft. Reliable, polite, prompt and professional service. Alex came out the next day after being in contact, and was able to fix the leak going through to my bathroom ceiling. Very knowledgeable about the issue as well.
