  Delighted by our fully renovation & extension

  We are delighted with LG Building & Design. Luis Gonzalez & his team completed the complex full renovation & extension of our 1930s semi- home in 20 weeks as planned. LGBD built soundly, managed the project with great skill, coordinated my three high-value contractors and helped our interior design choices! Completion was on budget (small cost variations for extras agreed). LGBD’s team kept a safe tidy site and worked well with neighbours on parking & noise. When issues arose Luis was always available, committed to fix them promptly. We are thrilled by the quality of their work & service.

  Full rebuild and refurbishment of our house

  Full refurb, extension, loft extension, groundwork, electrical and plumbing renewal. Our house was totally gutted and Luis and his team were sensational building and upgrading our house throughout. They did everything from gutting, piling, building extensions and going into the loft. New plumbing and electrics through. Underfloor heating and rescreeding. All decorating was done by Luis and his team. Luis also added a full alfresco BBQ and seating area to our garden - he and his team essentially turned a house built in 1991 into our perfect house!! We would use him again anytime!

  Replacement garage door and 2 new oversize external doors

  A few tradesmen had not wanted the job because the removal of existing doors was heavy complicated work, and the new doors were oversized. Luis took charge of the job and arranged all the relevant specialists. The job was completed on time and in budget with minimum disruption to my family. We are very happy with the result.
