Very communicative and helpful photos before/after the projects. Any questions or issues after were responded to and sorted quickly.

I’ve used this company on several occasions because they are professional in every way. Takes photos of the problem before &after and they are a great bunch of lads and they clean up afterwards. Had a leak on my chimney recently problem was on my neighbour’s side but Luke Hartley came & fixed it with no charge. If I ever have roof problems I would not hesitate to call Hartley’s roofing. 100% reliable & trustworthy & efficient. I’ve never met a more qualified &decent competent company.

Luke looked into the work required quickly and efficiently. A drone was used taking pictures of the defects on the roof. Estimate followed quickly. Follow up work has been carried out quickly which is much appreciated.

Luke and his team were excellent throughout the job. Luke arrived exactly on time to give me a quote. He uses a drone to safely access all areas of the roof and takes photos of the areas that need work. He explains each step of the job that is required and why. His communication was prompt and clear throughout. The work started on time. It took a little longer than he planned but it was completed to an excellent standard. Extra work that was needed was quoted for before completing (dormer window damage). Luke inspected the work before any payment was made. I highly recommend him.
