10 EICR report and essential repairs

LHM Electrical carried out a EICR electrical safety assessment on my rental property. I knew there was essential work to be done to ensure safety standards. I cannot fault LHM’s professionalism and help to complete the work within the required timeframe. They communicated well with both myself and the tenant. They always arrived on time and the work was of a high standard. I received the paperwork promptly and the cost was very reasonable. Asked Craig to install a few things in our apartment - cooker hood, extractor fan in bathroom, bathroom radiator, and to unwire front room radiators. He also had a look at our water boiler. Communication with him was great and he was very helpful, helping me with what things to get. Excellent from start to finish. Punctual and tidy. Came around for an initial assessment and able to give a ballpark figure of the costing. After coming back on 2 occasions, cost came out at the estimated price, so clearly are very good at their job and don’t put on any hidden fees. The workmanship was quality and talked through everything they were doing so I knew what they had done and how.
