Divide previous Full width rear extension, new shower room and rear porch, new patio.
Liam and his team have provided us with a well designed extension. The work done by the team was very neat and to a high standard and they listened carefully to our requests. The team tidy up behind themselves daily and keep mess to a minimum. They had to deal with a number of challenges, space and access were very tight, and they managed this well, avoiding a number of mature shrubs. They also had to provide support for an upstairs bay window. All building regulations were adhered to and we have received the completion certificates. We would thoroughly recommend this team to others.
Full width rear extension
Liam and his workforce have now completed our extension to a very good standard we would recommend him to anyone.
Removal of an internal structural wall
Liam and his team removed an internal structural wall to make a large kitchen diner. The work was of high quality and he orgainised the building certificate etc. He has some great guys working for him. I was pleased that the work came in at the estimate he gave me at the start. Not the cheapest quote I got but the best value.
Foundations for extension
Foundations have been completed quickly and efficiently despite some bad weather. Looking forward to the continuing build.
