  Rang after 6pm Monday to request a visit to my elderly mother to attend a blocked drain . Alan was quick to answer and promised to go the next morning. He did attend as promised and was very helpful and patient with my mom and of course did the job. Thank you and your team Alan for a job well done with excellent price to match ..   LDS are the third company we have had out to resolve an issue with the drain from the utility room and kitchen getting blocked. Alan took the time to diagnose the underlying cause, rather than just jet wash the blockage away. He found the cause, rectified it and the cost was extremely reasonable, in fact cheaper than some call-out charges I had been quoted. I cannot recommend LDS highly enough.

  After years of Dynorod and other wannabes our long problematic drain was finally cleared by Allan. His expertise and knowledge immediately made our previous ‘drainage contractors’ look like amateur’s and I only wish I had contacted him at the start. He was clear about pricing, no hidden extra’s and carried out the work with a minimum of fuss and a high level of professionalism. The attention to detail was second to none, even finishing the new drain cover with some aesthetic gravel!. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a similar issue.

• Advice for new extension

  Couldn’t fault them. I phoned and arranged a time and date for them to call in. On the day they arrived on time. Alan was very knowledgeable and gave clear and understandable advice on what would be needed to be done in order for our extension to be done. He advised which bits he could do, what that would entail and have a rough estimate of how much it would cost. He also advised on how we could save money during the process. Feel much more confident about starting the process now - I understand the process better and know that I have someone who I trust to complete the job. Def recommend.
