Excellent job and competitive price, we are very pleased with the result and it is a big improvement.

Flat garage roof replaced 2.4.16 by Linchfield Waterproofing Ltd. A 20 Year flat roof warranty was issued after making several requests, eventually issued 7.6.2016. November 19th 2019 Linchfield Waterproofing Ltd contacted to notify them of the garage roof leaking in two places coming into the landing @back of garage. Was reassured a visit would take place @ 11am. On Sat 23rd Nov 2019.- no visit took place so contacted again ans reassured yet again that they would be out @ 4pm the same day. Again no visit. Since then approx 18 phone calls have been made to company - some unanswered , some not returned after leaving messages and some more promises given that the matter would be sorted. Still waiting. We have written to the company on 23.1.20 and await their reply.
