Good communication and prompt but not sure deep clean was achieved this time as bill claimed! The oven was overdue a clean but the knobs (x7) for example, remove easily but weren’t removed and cleaned! All in all not expecting “like new” but did expect good clean.

I cleaned this customers very very old very very dirty oven. He told me it was a conventional 90cm range, but it was an aga styled range oven, so I underquoted him by £40 I let that slide given the circumstance. As for the gas knobs on such an old machine these can be very brittle so I generally wouldn’t take them off without asking the customer. But as he wasn’t there at that point, I wasn’t able to. I should have mentioned it to him, however. The oven came up fairly well considering the state it was in. the customer checked it over before I left and seemed happy with it. I’m truly sorry he isn’t a happy customer unlike the rest of my reviews. I since given the customers a refund.
