Ordered a joystick for a wheelchair
I ordered a Joystick unit for my father's wheelchair as 'on' the button fell out. £250 later and after 2 weeks (I was promised it would be 5 days but the unit sat in their warehouse for 1 week as a member of staff was off) they sent the wrong one. I insisted they take it back and they have received it as it came but trying to get a refund from them, despite promises and assurances nothing is coming. Terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service from this organisation. I have attached the 2 follow up emails I have sent to this business in relation to my shopping experience, without so much as a response after 2 weeks. I rang the store and spoke to a couple of store assistants who told me if I email the main address then everyone sees the email, so really no excuses to not respond. Long term it will be a much bigger loss for them as I or family will not be providing any future business. Customer Service at a new level
If you buy on the internet and don't live nearby I would avoid like the plaque. The customer service is appalling. If anything is fault you have to send at your cost. It took 15 months for them to realise they had issued a faulty charger, replaced 4 batteries to find the replacement charger was faulty too. Cost me over £50 in postage, lost 14 months warranty as I could not use the chair. Did they offer me anything to say sorry nope, all I ever got was silence until I wanted to formally complain then they listened but again then went silent. Terrible customer service
Ordered a smart drive through this company, it took over a month to come despite being advertised as next day delivery at the point of order. There was no communication from the company about this delay. When it arrived the charger did not work at all and the company ignored my emails. After posting a complaint twice on their social media I finally got a call in which they wanted me to send them the charger for them to test at my own cost, I was never reimbursed.
