Single storey extension
Now trading as LR Construction and Renovation Ltd. After 40 weeks into a 14 week single storey rear extension build, they have refused to carry on working without further payment. They have had 85% of the balance since March this year, very little has happened since then and after offering them a result based payment route to completion they have refused and ended our contract leaving me to get the remaining work completed myself. Hopefully I withheld enough funds to allow me to do this but time will tell. AVOID!

A garden room conversation full refund and kitchen re design and knock through creating open plan
We found this company to not only represent themselves better than every person who quoted our project to our family home but deliver a superb start to finish project. The team even came up with ideas on site through our conversations with the guys that our own architects hadn’t taken on board. Very happy and from director to management to the team that completed we are over the moon. Our dream forever home is now being enjoyed. Can’t rate this company enough. Great work guys have recommended to all our friends and family
