Such a great experience from initial call to discuss the job, the surveyor, the fitters and the final outcome. I was impressed by the honesty from the first person I spoke with who guided me through what I need to consider when replacing doors and windows. The fitters were great. Finished the job quickly and tidied up after themselves. We are really happy with the door and the window.

Very professional at every stage from the sales with Rob to the fitting with Gary and Paul. The whole process was seamless - surveyor was with us within a couple of days, they ordered the doors quickly, they arrived in a couple of weeks, then Gary and Paul turned up when they said they would, were friendly, did the job quickly and that was that. Very happy with everything.

From our initial email inquiry, Rob responded quickly and courteously, to our visit to the showroom and decision on final order, and installation by Gary and Paul the whole job went so smoothly and so well that we were very impressed indeed. Communication about the job was professional and prompt, timeline between ordering and installation as promised. Installation done in a day, Gary and Paul were a great team, they came early, worked throughout the day until job was done and everything was cleared and cleaned. I was happy with the price and quality of the work. Everyone I dealt with was excellent from sales, through survey, booking, payment and installation. I’m happy with the way the doors look and feel so far (only 6 days in) and happy with the finishing. The only point that let them down was that the installation took place several weeks later than agreed - albeit I understand this was due to bad weather delaying a previous job.

Excellent - did what they said they would do when they said they would do it at a price that was fair. Overall: high quality fitting and product with skilled tradespeople, Gary and Paul. Would highly recommend this company and these products.
