After an extremely disappointing experience with Lifetime Roofing we would not recommend them. The original issue was a leaking from the roof, yet they insisted that additional work to the main roof was “essential” and warned that no guarantee would be provided unless this work was done. We do not believe this extra work was necessary and it certainly has not stopped the leak. Communication throughout was poor. They were slow to respond to messages, repeatedly claimed that materials were “on order” when they clearly weren’t, and they had to be chased multiple times to get updates. Even after
