  Refurishment of flat for rental purposes; painting, re-carpeting, bathroom and kitchen flooring, kitchen worktop replaced.

  Clean and tidy, professional and polite. As the flat was for rental they provided sound advice as to what would be practical and stayed within the budget.

  The men came in on time as said cleared the room out even tho I said I would clear it , was fast polite and friendly couldn’t fault them will definitely be using them again .

  Full refurbishment on 4 bed

  I have a 4 bedroom in Bromley left to myself after my uncle passed,was told by a family friend about lightclip, the best call I have made as I had know idea about building work. They completely gutted the property refurbished throughout Inc new bathroom and kitchen,workmanship is outstanding and tradesmen polite friendly decent honest people, and 1550 under budget *****
