  My washing machine was getting stuck mid cycle and i thought i needed a new machine. Thankfully Taps came in and saved the day. I’m so relieved that my washing machine is back to normal.

  From the moment Tapiwa arrived (on time), he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it in plain language, and got straight to work. In no time, my washing machine was running smoothly again. No more strange noises, perfect drainage, good as new. What really impressed me was the care and attention to detail. He didn’t just fix the immediate issue, he also checked for other potential problems to make sure the machine would stay in great shape. The service was efficient, honest, and reasonably priced.   Oven issue

  Great experience and work done. Gumbie worked to analyse the solution and give me an answer as to what failed with the oven and showed me the failed component. He then proceeded to help with putting a new unit in. Went above and beyond most tradesman these days and even helped me put the old unit outside!
