Laminate flooring
I would 100% recommend lightning property maintenance I got laminate flooring fitted throughout my living room and dining room. The communication was great and my house was left clean and tidy once work was completed. The price I was quoted was also very fair and the flooring looking amazing. Will definitely use again

Kitchen countertops, painting, bits of maintenance
I had Cameron in to do some bits in my flat: new kitchen countertops, some painting , new bathroom sealant and fixing a radiator to the wall. Everyrhing was done to a really high standard, and even though one of the counter tops was damaged (not their fault), they got another and stayed late to get everything finished on the day. Comunication throughout was great, my flat was left tidy and the price quoted was the price paid. Would recommend and would use again 👍
