Only one van turned up, late, we were promised two van but one had a flat battery, oh no a flat tyre, oh no it was broken down on the M25. The man that was supposed to be in charge did not communicate with me at all, he sent mixed messages through his team, which was good because they were always on their phones anyway. I finally moved into my new house at 8pm with two cats and three very bored children. I was promised a haste free service which is far from what I received. When I contacted the company they said it was unavoidable and offered me £50. This just about covers the breakages.

Having used Lightening Removals last month, I would highly recommend them. The team led by Alex were very efficient and professional. They worked really hard to ensure that we were in our new house ASAP and our furniture and belongings were stored in the correct places. Anyone looking to move in the future, should speak to Lightening as they offer good value and quality service. Phil

Lighting Removals provided all the materials in advance. They were flexible in changing the date when we had to change our completion date. On the day they were professional, worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was carefully wrapped and checked before being loaded in the vans. We had no damaged items and everything was unloaded and placed in the rooms of our choice. They even called up and arranged the relevant parking permits with the council in advance. Super service - 5 Stars! Took the stress out of moving!
