  Replace missing tiles around stench pipe and replace leaking running outlet on guttering fall pipe

  I needed some tiles replacing around stench pipe and running outlet to fall pipe replacing. Roofer replaced pipe and flashing but tiles still missing. Instead of replacing running outlet he bodged the old one with silicone and this is leaking like a waterfall down the side of house (charged me for new part). Phoned company several times and sent photos/video but they just keep fobbing me off saying "someone will call you back." Their invoice says '5 year guarantee,' repair didn't even last 5 weeks! Charged me £450 and now totally ignoring my calls. Avoid these at all costs!

  Replace roof

  After they finished needed to recall them for replacing a cracked rafter, to fix the roof over the bathroom also to repair the gutters they broke... They fixed the roof, but the gutters not. I needed to call someone else to repair their damage after I called them and got my call rejected. Also because of the broken gutter next to the room all the water dropped to the window and the walls started to be wet inside the house. In the room I just renovated. They were really nice, but the job... Expensive and badly done!

  New roof with chimney dropped below roof level and insulation

  What a great service. The guys were really helpful in understanding our problem, giving us some options and then sorting out everything. They even fitted us in at short noticed because we had a leaking roof. They’ve done a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs roof work doing.

  Put down new roof

  The work was carried out, and I am very pleased with the work that they carried out, which just took one day and they cleaned up all the rubbish from our house. Had know problem with there work.
