I'm so glad that I found Mark and his team to fit my new kitchen-diner and hallway flooring. They were extremely helpful throughout and happy to fit LVT supplied by myself when a lot of other flooring companies wouldn't advise or help. They were also excellent at their trade and managed to extend the LVT seamlessly in to my hallway where the subfloor was not ideal. Overall I highly recommend Lignum Flooring as they are friendly, helpful, polite and excellent at their job as well as being fairly priced.

The workmanship was shocking — skirting boards were badly fitted and the job was left incomplete around the bifold doors. Despite measuring the job himself, he later asked for extra skirting, showing poor planning. He offered to fix the work, but after receiving aggressive, threatening texts chasing payment, I did not feel comfortable allowing him back. Although he waived the skirting charge, I now have to pay another joiner to redo everything. Worst of all, he damaged my fireplace hearth by digging out mortar underneath, leaving it unstable and unsafe. This has been stressful and costly.

Fantastic from start to finish, Joe came as promised at 7.30am done a brilliant job on my laminate flooring cleaned up after himself and was very polite. Really reasonable price,I will be definitely using this company again thanks so much 😊

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. I had a few people out to quote I’m fitting a wooden floor in my living room. Mark was by far the most professional. He gave me a fair quote turned up when he said he would and done a fantastic job on the floor. All done in less than a day. Looks brilliant. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and I intend to get him back when I get the rest of the house done in the future.

Seemed very interested in the work, quoted in writing on the spot, left it with me. With go ahead, agreed dates once and they stuck to schedule. Made a great job, it looks mint.
