Dear Ilir, John Noticed that there was patch work on his bedroom floors and he wasn’t happy, so he spoke with you and even showed you how TO FIX the problem BEFORE it got worse, and YOU told him you knew what, you were doing., so he believed you and let you get on with the work. UNFORTUNATELY, John could see that you DID NOT know what you were doing, the machine see to be out of your control and it also ruined and damaged the floor on both the stairs and bedroom. Please also note that you have chopped up a lot of flooring just to place a small area, so I feel like you did not need to use so much of my wood flooring, also part of the hallway flooring has been damaged as the machine has damage this, your advice to Mr Jaffa was to cover it up with a strip? You will see all the marks, all over my bedroom floors with the attached photos. I have also texted over some to you as the file was too big to them Mr Jaffa, will be reporting your direct threat towards him, to the police
