  Removal of fireplace and extensive brickwork and creation of new fireplace feature.

  Re-designed the rear of our property.

  We had a poorly built extension demolished by Charlie and his team, and they replaced it with a return to the original build and a large outside area with a patio layed. All work was carried out to a high standard, Reliable, Trustworthy, Tidy, approachable any time and an excellent communicator as well. Highly recommend and Myself, I wouldn't look elsewhere for any other building needs in the future. We are over the moon with what has been achieved at our property. No complaints whatsoever.

  Patio redevelopment

  Lilux development was a pleasure to work with. We had a patio area that needed removing and redeveloping and Charlie and team were there from the start helping design and make the area best suit our needs. We are extremely pleased with the final result and will happily use them again for any further projects.
