front elevation completely restored by James and his team, who expertly removed the old concrete render; carried out extensive detailed brick restoration, and reinstated the cornice at the top and band at mid-level, forming new surrounds for all windows + door, skimming brick faces original colours, repointing bricks with lime mortar using traditional methods. We’re thrilled with the work James and his team at Lion Restoration did on our home! They carefully removed years of paint from the bricks, repaired and replaced damaged ones, and expertly repointed. The stonework was restored and repainted, and the woodwork looks flawless with its fresh coat of paint. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were exceptional. I needed some repointing work completed at my house. I originally found the company on Instagram and was impressed by the quality of their workmanship. I reached out to them and they were quick to respond, give a quote and book in a convenient time to complete the job. They finished the job to a very good standard and clearly have a passion for good quality workmanship and finishing. They guys had a good understanding of older buildings and the use of appropriate materials. I have already recommended them for other jobs in my professional life as a building surveyor.
