  Cannot recommend Listeco higher!

  As an insurance job I wanted to use a contractor I trusted rather than a "recommended" builder provided by the insurance company to install a new kitchen. From the start Steve was quick to respond, conscientious and reliable. His quote for the full scope was honest and reasonable (the same as provided by the insurance company's chosen builder, not at all inflated). His work is efficient & to the highest standard. Every minute detail was important to him and the rest of the Listeco team, every finish was perfect, and the results are outstanding. I CANNOT recommend Listeco highly enough.

  Kitchen refurbishment

  Listeco Ltd. delivered an exceptional service. Steve helped turn our design on a screen into reality. We had a structural wall removed, steel beam installed to specification. Then it came to the installation of our new kitchen, complete with new appliances that has transformed our home. The new flooring was the final touch. Communication was clear throughout, workmanship top quality. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled and detail-orientated professional. Before and after pictures enclosed!

  Kitchen installation

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve from Listeco to install a kitchen into awkwardly shaped space. After sharing a photo of a kitchen & layout I liked, Steve meticulously adapted the design to fit my unique space by customizing the cupboards. He maintained clear communication throughout the process, ensuring I was informed of any changes before they were implemented. Steve’s keen attention to detail and design skills resulted in a bespoke kitchen that exceeded my expectations. I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to use Listeco Services again.

  new bathrooms and utility room

  Steve and the Listeco team delivered high quality work in good time. Solutions to unforeseen problems were always shared quickly and clearly. It was a difficult build given we remained in the house whilst the work was being carried out but it was a pleasure working with Steve and the team.

  Internal Wall Removal

  Steve was professional and punctual throughout the work. Everything was done to a really high standard, and we were kept informed of progress regularly. Really impressed with how tidy and efficient everything was. Cannot recommend Steve highly enough, we will definitely be using him again!

  Loft conversion and side return extension

  Steve is excellent. He is very calm, a good communicator, and his attention to detail is superb. It was big project and at all times we knew what was going on, which stage we were at and knew what to think about next.
