  Kitchen Fitters - Installation

  Posted 21 September

I had my kitchen and utility room installed.

Leo was very reliable he arrived each day before 8am took reasonable breaks and tidied up each day and after the job. Leo listens to want you want done and takes corrections as well as well as gives you good advice based on his experience. Leo also goes beyond what is asked of him and he is very hardworking. When I compare him with my other experiences with builders he is the top of all in terms of his professionalism quality of his tiling, rendering and painting. Will I use him again? Yes over and over if any need any job done again. Leo comes highly recommended. I can also say he is trustworthy, Leo likes to be paid daily and I was wary due to previous experiences of tradesmen taking my money and not completing their job. Leo completed the job and this gave me rest of mind.

Kitchen removal, installation, tiling, plastering and other jobs around the house

My experience with Leo was amazing. He was punctual, reliable, honest and did great work on my house. Leo was a constant help, being patient, flexible and extremely helpful. Renovating a house can get chaotic at times but having Leo to help really set my mind at ease and reduced the stress of unexpected issues that can come up, I knew I could count on him. I'm very happy with the end result, and am even happier that I have found someone who I trust that can do further work on my house in the future. I would definitely recommend Livahauss to friends and family, you'll be in safe hands.

  Perfect job

Leo is a perfectionist — I’ve honestly never seen someone so accurate in installing kitchens. He paid attention to every single detail and the final result is simply outstanding. My kitchen had several challenging aspects, but he managed to solve absolutely everything with competence. He works confidently with different tools and materials, including compact laminate worktops. I couldn’t be happier to have chosen him: 100% satisfied, and I will definitely choose him again in the future if I need a perfect job.

  Bathroom Supply & Fit

  Posted 17 February

  A very happy client.

Two years ago we called Leo in to refurbished our bathroom. After reading his reviews on checkatrade, we decided to ‘go’ with him. We were extremely pleased with his work. Last September we decided to extend our loft. Because of bad experience with builders in the past, that became a worry for us then, we thought of Leo. We called him and, he recommended a builder that he worked with previously. Leo worked on the project, we were so happy that he did as, he’s a perfectionist, pays attention to detail, uses the best materials. Needless to say, we’re happy with the end results thanks to Leo.

  Bathroom Fitter

  Good, reliable bathroom renovator

Leo is a good, reliable bathroom renovator. Wants to do a good job. Excellent communication. Gave me valuable suggestions that made a big difference. In particular, about turning the bathroom into a wet room and about reconnecting some pipes for the bathroom radiator so that pipework won't be visible. Good advice also about what to buy. Started work as agreed and worked hard without interruptions. Picked up purchases from stores in his van. Good price. Made some mistakes, but took responsibility and corrected them. In the end, the bathroom turned out very well, and I'm glad I hired Leo.
