I’ve worked with many builders in the past, but Luis has truly been the best experience by far. From the very beginning, his communication was clear, prompt, and professional. He kept me updated at every stage of the job, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. What really stood out was how reliable he is—not just in showing up on time, but in following through exactly as promised. His timing and scheduling were spot-on, and he completed the work within the agreed timeframe without cutting corners. His workmanship is top quality.

We had an issue fitting a bathroom cabinet due to placement, electric cables etc Luis sorted out the problem without any fuss and kept me informed of progress. An excellent job was done on time and on budget. I would not hesitate in recommending Luis for much bigger bathroom fitting projects. Also friendly and knowledgeable.

Luis had already completed a bathroom refurbishment for us and we were so happy we asked him if he could do the same for another bathroom. The job was to undo damage caused by the previous builder (see picture), install a wetroom area, tile the wall in the shower area and floor, install a new light switch and extractor fan and paint. Once again, we were delighted with the end result and with the experience of working with Luis, who I cannot recommend highly enough. Luis is punctual, polite, industrious, and professional. He takes great pride in his work and rightly so!

Luis has done an excellent job with our full bathroom renovation, we are very very happy with the results. Luis gave great advice and worked incredibly hard to give us the best quality finish. We couldn’t fault any of his work. We would recommend him to anyone.

We were having one bathroom done and asked Luis if he could do a temp fix in our other bathroom as we had an unusual plumbing arrangement. Luis removed the old pipework and installed a shower/tap unit very promptly and efficiently. It is not a great photo, but rest assured it all works v. nicely!
