  Crack repair and loo fitting

  Luis has installed two wet rooms for us, with which we remain extremely happy. I therefore asked Luis if he could repair a large series of cracks in the plaster of one room. As always, communication was excellent both in the preliminary discussion and on site. He explained the various options available and their pros and cons in detail. Luis finished the work promptly and I am very happy with the results. I surprised him by asking if he could fit a toilet at the end of the say, which he did. Again, this was done very professionally. I highly recommend Luis.

  Bathroom fitting

  Luis did an outstanding job removing and refitting our bathtub, retiling the area, and carrying out the waterproof tanking. It was a challenging project, but he exceeded our expectations and delivered exactly what we wanted. His expertise and professionalism were clear throughout, and the quality of his work was exceptional. He kept everything clean and tidy as he worked, always cleaned up afterwards, and the final finish is superb. I would highly recommend Luis to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable builder.

  Tiling bathroom floor and walls (including underneath the bath)

  Luis did an excellent job, he had to do a lot of prep work, including rebuilding the floor and repairing the walls. At every stage he explained what needed to be done, ensured that I was happy to go ahead, listed the materials needed and cost. It helped me hugely that Luis was willing to source and purchase all materials. he checked in from the suppliers re products and cost and sent receipts for every penny spent. I cannot recommend Luis highly enough for his knowledge and expertise, his honesty and hard work, and also for being such a lovely person, nothing is too much trouble.

  Complete refurbishment of bathroom & toilet

  Aim: turn a small bathroom into a wet room, removing all fittings, tiling, flooring, false wall and old pipework & waste pipework. Then installing & rerouting water supply to give maximum benefit in the new layout. Waterproofing floor and walls in both rooms & installing all new fittings. Luis followed my brief on colours & ease of cleaning. He helped me to choose all fittings and tiling, saving me money in the process. His attention to detail is excellent, he listens attentively and explains his methods clearly. I would highly recommend this business and will happily use them again.

  Bathroom refurbishment

  Luis has done a brilliant job on our bathroom. His workmanship is of the highest quality and his extensive experience and expertise allow him to pick up on things other contractors may miss and to give good advice.
