  Fitted laminate floors, plastering, decorating, replaced downpipes

  Livo Builders fitted laminate floors in three rooms, replastered and decorated an attic bedroom, and replaced a broken downpipe. All of the work was carried out to a high standard. I found this company to be very easy to deal with. They came when they arranged to do so and carried out the work quickly, leaving my home very neat and tidy everyday and after they finished each job. I would recommend this company and hope to use them again for future jobs. Their quotes were also accurate.

  Make good damp wall and refit built in kitchen appliances.

  Livo builders carried out damp repairs to a kitchen wall, made it good and refitted built in kitchen appliances. Time keeping and standard of work was very good. I would recommend and use them again in the future.

  Employed to create a platformed base for a large series of sheds and to creat a new canopy

  Workers created what looks like a fabulous shed and new canopy on the patio. Didn't follow the brief but persuaded me to do what they considered best! The finish in areas was not good. Ill-sized screws sticking through .Gutter falling, large puddle on the pitched roof. Felt not properly finished and badly finished in areas. Different coloured felt in patches which I was assured was better grade than the other felt around it! After making them aware of the issues, they attended to demand the funds I'd retained.

  Repair of external window sill

  We are very happy with the work carried out by Niku and his team. They arrived on time and started the work without any fuss. We had our broken window sill repaired and repainted and we are very impressed with the end result. The guys were courteous and efficient and would recommend them.

  Bathroom tiling, bath panel, new door installation, floor repair, vent installation

  Niku and his colleague were very hardworking, completing the job in a very efficient and tidy manner. They were polite, respectful and had good communication. We were very pleased with the value for money we received and would not hesitate to use them again for any job - big or small!
