    Do not use

    Boiler was due for a service so luke turned up, it's been 2 days since and my boiler has broken down and this company will not answer their phone or return calls.

    Oil Boiler repair and general plumbing

    Luke first came out to fix our oil boiler which was not working. The problem was only partially fixed. He was due to return on 28th Oct and we cancelled weekend plans to be home as we needed the boiler sorting and also had some plumbing jobs as main shower pump and immersion not working. He did not turn up and only let me know in the afternoon that he could not come. Rearranged for 8th November and I worked from home, which was difficult to arrange. Failed to turn up again, without notification and no apology. Very unprofessional and unreliable unfortunately.
