• Gave me great advice without charging me

  My Honeywell programmer for my boiler died on me and instead of charging me a fortune to come out and replace it for me, Lee gave me some great advice. He said there were 2 small screws at the bottom of the programmer that wasn't working which I needed to loosen (using my phone as they were awkward to see), and he also gave me advice of the new-model version which I was able to easily buy at Screwfix and install myself. Being a girl whose late Dad gave me a very very good toolkit for my home, I did just this and I can't thank Lee enough. He could have charged me a fortune but didn't.

• Central Heating, HoneyWell Evo

  I had an issue with my central heating which is a HoneyWell Evo. Lee helped me troubleshoot the issue so I could confirm if it did warrant a call out. Which was more help than my Dad and Brother-in-Law combined. In the end had to have an engineer call out which was withiin 24 hrs and my home is now warm. Thank you LJB

• Repair water heating system and replace toilet

  We had an issue with the water heating. LJB firstly gave us some pointers over the phone and then attended the property to undertake the remedial work. They communicated very well and undertook the task to a high standard. They also identified a leaking toilet and replaced the unit. Great service and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

• Removal of old boiler and fitting of new boiler

  Friendly, efficient and quality fitting of my new boiler, including removal of the old boiler, reconfiguration of pipe work and commissioning of the new boiler. Left the bathroom in a tidy state and all completed in one day. Very good. Definitely will use again for other work and no hesitation in recommending to other customers.
