  Reliable, Knowledgeable and Trustworthy

  From the very start of the project through to completion, Liam was professional, reliable and a pleasure to work with. We didn’t have a single issue with him throughout the entire build. Everything he did was carefully thought through, and his attention to detail and workmanship were excellent. We encountered a few unexpected structural issues during the project, but Liam dealt with them quickly and professionally. He liaised directly with the structural engineer, came up with practical solutions, and kept everything moving without unnecessary delays. He also gave us plenty of helpful advice

  Amazing new extension and great team

  Liam and his team spent the past 4 months at our home adding on a rear extension, knocking through walls and making a large open plan kitchen dining with a brand new fitted kitchen. They were hardworking, helpful and provided a great service. Liam would respond quickly to any communication and would keep in touch to make us aware if other teams such as bricklayers were attending the property. He also managed curve balls thrown their way professionally and efficiently. The finished job is amazing and we could not be happier with the extension and new kitchen!

  Honest and high quality builder

  I put an ad out on CaT for a small window to be removed and made bigger in a home office. I had a few people come round to check and give quotes, but none were as thorough as Liam. He looked inside, took measurements, gave suggestions, asked what the final rooms purpose was. The quote provided was accurate and (I felt) competitive, and we only went over by a bit due to things I requested as the job went on. Liam and his team stuck to the days they promised, and once the works were confirmed a start date was given which was within 2 weeks. They arrived between 8-9am each day and left at about 4

  Fantastic builder/plumber who always delivers

  I used Liam previously for other projects around the house and he consistently delivers a high quality finish. He’s honest about issues, cost increases and also has good ideas on how to resolve issues. Also a really good guy. Would absolutely recommend LJH!
