Sent out an enquiry this morning for a tradesperson to investigate a leak and within 5 minutes had a response and quote from LJS. They arrived within an hour and promptly identified the leak, explaining to me what had happened and showing me video evidence of the leak. Mark and Jack were both very professional and courteous. They were clear about what work would need to be carried out and have already sent a quote for it. Replacement of an outdoor tap
Having made contact with LJS Plumbing I had all my initial questions answered promptly and was quoted what I considered to be a very good price for the work to be done. Shower repair
Jack did an excellent job. He discussed everything with me and did not try to persuade me to have anything done that was unnecessary. The cost was very reasonable and I would definitely call him out for anything that needs doing.
