  Lee Symonds and his team go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. From the moment Lee came to give a quote, Lee was happy to answer lots of questions so I completely understood the work to be carried out. The work is to a very high standard and they are indeed roof specialists, sending me daily updates of work during and after completion. I would highly recommend Lee and the team.Very clean too!!

  They are highly skilled professional roofers who give good advice and deliver .

  Lee is very thorough and has a keen eye for detail. He knows how to use his team for specific skills. We had pictures and videos as the roof and chimney work progressed. From installing the scaffolding , to stripping off the whole old roof and replacing it fully through the rain and cold weather in only 3 days ( no easy task! ) , plus professionally building a new lead tray for a problematic chimney , Lee and his team showed that they could do what other roofers only patched before , or would not know how to repair or replace, but charged comparabile amounts.   Great team that gave regular updates.

  Great team if roofers. We had an issue with water coming through the roof and into the wall cavity. Lee came and gave a quote based on what the issue likely was, and once the scaffolding was up he did a water check and confirmed what needs to be done. Throughout the job the team sent pictures and videos showing the work. Fantastic work, would recommend and will use again if we have any future issues.

  Roofing felt replaced

  Thank you Lee and team, for sorting out our roof felt on the front of our house, so much more professional than the roof company that made a bodge job of it last year. Lee and team were polite and made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. We are having the felt sorted on the back of the house at present. Lee and team have kept us informed of what they are doing throughout the job. I would highly recommend Lee Symonds roofing.

  We’re absolutely delighted with our new roof — it’s completely transformed the look of our semi-bungalow. The team were reliable, tidy, always on time, and worked hard to get everything finished. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular videos from quote to completion showing exactly what was needed and how the job was progressing.   Lee and his team replaced a valley for us, great bunch of guys and the work they did looks perfect. They provided videos of every step of the work, left everything clean and tidy and charged exactly what they quoted. Highly recommended.
