Very reliable. I was moving flats and needed a load of junk gone asap, including a heavy sofa from a third floor building. It was sorted within 24 hours, guys came the next day. Very efficient and friendly.

They arrived as requested and removed all items I asked to be removed. The 2 guys were very prompt and just got on with the job.
