The site personnel were punctual, courteous and professional. They carried out more work than that specified at no extra cost. They returned to site to carry out additional stump grinding to an agreed extra cost. The only criticism I had was a difficulty in making contact with the office to discuss matters - but this may have been due to covid restrictions and the staff necessarily working from home.

I decided to get 3 quotes to have my huge tree removed; I had been thinking about it for some time. LJX were by far the most professional, knowledgeable and re-assuring company I called. The price was agreed and the date was set. I could not believe how well the team worked on the tree - I got some great photos which I have sent on. Thanks so much - 5 Star Service that I would thoroughly recomend!
