Hired the company again for the 2. Project on the 8th of January 2026 to build an extension shell with the roof , jobs been done on time without any issues

I hired LK Construction NW Ltd for an extension project under a signed contract dated 31 August 2025. The agreed price was £17,850, and I paid £16,280 in good faith across multiple installments. Only partial work (walls) was completed, and then communication stopped. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company (over 16 ignored calls), no progress was made, and the project remains unfinished. This experience has caused significant stress and financial loss. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice and ensure proper checks before making any payments.
