Extension - Kitchen/Dinner and refurbishment
Luke did a brilliant job and I would highly recommend him. I’m really pleased with the work and the final outcome looks great. His work ethic was great from the start and throughout the whole project which was completed on time. The construction of the new extension through to fitting out the new kitchen was all done to a really high standard. Luke project managed all other required trades who were also very good professionals. Would recommend

Chimney
The work involved installing a structural UB steel beam to support an unsupported chimney stack within the loft and above the roof line. I contacted Luke at LKS Contracts to provide a quote. Luke attended the premises and took the time to understand the scope of work. I received the quote, which provided a comprehensive breakdown of the scope of work. As the work began, a problem was identified that would have required additional costing. This was communicated early, with an expected cost increase as well as an alternative solution: removing the chimney breast in the loft and above the roof

Bedroom conversion
Luke and his team were so professional and completed the work to a really high standard, we couldn’t have asked for better. They were so tidy which was really good when coming home after work, no mess at all. Carpets all protected and they hoovered as they went along. Luke kept in touch with us and kept us up to date with the progress of the project. Thank you so much, we are really pleased with how it looks.

Fitting a solid oak wood floor, skirting boards and doors
Luke is an excellent tradesman who fitted our new solid oak floor, skirting boards and doors to an excellent standard. A very polite person who was very courteous at all times and kept the work place very tidy every evening until he completed it and was very reasonably priced.

Ground Floor Extension
Luke was one of several to quote for the job but his was the most detailed and his input to our requirements was the most constructive. Luke responded quickly and without complaint to the few changes that we needed during the build. Both him and Ricky were courteous and very tidy throughout. There were delays which could have been avoided and the work ran over by a few weeks but the quality of work was never compromised or corners cut. Definitely recommend him for this kind of work.
