Booked in a visit over a weekend and never turned up, claimed to have gone to the wrong house, tried to rearrange with him. Terrible communication, taking days to get back to me and eventually stopped responding. Never met him and doesnt answer the phone

I was first visited by the young man and we agreed everything I needed. We then arranged dates and times .The job was done as agreed and everything was done entirely to want I required. The young man was pleasant and did an excellent job
