Failed to correctly diagnose fault or fully rectify issue, charged £180, exact same fault returned 2.5 weeks later and was told it would be a brand new job and another call out charge.
I was told the original call out charge was not for full diagnosis nor to fix the issue.

At the time of our visit, power was restored after fault finding and tightening connections within the contactor. The system was left working and demonstrated on site.
No parts were supplied or installed. The fault returning later indicates the contactor now requires replacement.
This review appears to follow our refusal to offer a discount or return free of charge to replace parts we did not supply.
All terms and charges were agreed prior to attendance.
