Whilst some teething issues due to the lack of Project Manager on our build, I would recommend LMB. High praise for the office team, our main builder Ryan and the plumber Matt. Few snagging issues as to be expected with any build however these were sorted promptly.

I had a Velux loft conversion because I live in a conservation area, which meant I was limited in what could be done without going through a difficult planning process and incurring high costs. We decided to go with LMB as it was within our budget and remained within our budget. Due to the constraints and angles of the roof, it was a very challenging build. However, because all the tradesmen were professional, knowledgeable and flexible they managed to overcome all obstacles to achieve one large bedroom, a shower room and a study. The whole build was done to a great standard. Thank you LMB.

Built a great relationship with Lee ahead of signing up, talking through step by step of how the build would go, answering all technical and broader questions. Lee’s years of expertise clearly shows. Quality of work & workmanship on rear dormer loft conversion was excellent. Yan and his team were brilliant, knowledgeable and skilled as were the plumbers (Matt) electricians (Matt) and carpenters (Jermaine). The LMB office (Jo & T) were great at resolving queries as they arose.

LMB converted our loft and also carried out additional work on the first floor, and we are absolutely delighted with the results. From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, craftsmanship, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality work. A special mention goes to Darius, whose carpentry work was truly first class, Ramunas for his outstanding plumbing, and Wes for the excellent electrical work.
