Liam from LM Lofts has built a fantastic loft conversion for us, very polite, clean, and always kepted us updated through out the project. They started on the scheduled date given to us and the job was completed on budget and within the time frame. Very pleased with the final product and would highly recommend Liam, LM Lofts.

The agreed price was kept to there were no hidden extras and the quote from LM Lofts was far more reasonable than a lot of other companies I obtained quotes from. Liam built a loft conversion for me on a victorian property in Beckenham. He did everything he said he was going to do. He kept to the agreed price and finished in the agreed time. His carpentry skills are outstanding and I would highly recommend him and his team. He only worked on our loft and wasn't taking on other projects until he was finished. Very happy customer.

Really efficient always working, no issues, happy to get on with it and felt like he really wanted to do a good job and not just wanting the money! Very happy and have reffered to three friends already
