Boiler system conversion
Very disorganised - missed appointments and had to rearrange numerous times. Asked for extra money and tried to wing it. Argued when I asked for an invoice and it turns out they sent a random engineer who didn't even know who he was sent by. Had problems after the job and they came up with different stories on what the problem could be. Then when they visited they caused even more problems which they then refused to fix even though they caused them. We did the job under ECO3 Scheme, the job was free, but client pay from his pocket £600 to our engineer to convert the system, from Heat only to combination Boiler. Obviously when we change from Gravity water which is 0.8Bar will be the difference from new system has 2.5 / 3 bar of pressure, he asked us to fix all the plumbing pipe in his house, which will be not possible to avoid noise pressure. for this reason, he was not happy, he thought if we fitting the boiler as free which means all our services will be free.
