  Guttering, soffits & facias replaced

  Our guttering was in bad shape and needed replacing, put a quote request out and Maurice was the first to answer, the best price quoted and honest in what needed doing. Within 24 hours of accepting the quote the job was done and looks amazing. I’d thoroughly recommend him and this firm.

  We needed our soffits & facias replaced as the old wood under existing plastic was rotting, so I used Checkatrade to find 3 quotes. Joe from LMT responded the same day and his quote was excellent, so we arranged a date for the works to be carried out. The scaffolding LMT hired to go over our conservatory was a little delayed arriving and being removed, but that was not Joe's fault, but the team did an excellent job, removing the old and replacing with new. They were friendly, professional and very competent. Minor finishing touches were required before completing, but great job overall !! 😉👍

  Reasonable price, acceptable work, poor communications

  The initial experience led me to choose them over another based upon the same description of services at a lower cost. Work started and was completed within 2 days (strip 1M of verge, old felt, batten and timber, replacing with new facias and verge end caps). I felt that there was a bit of pressure to pay after the work (pay employees that Friday). Debris from the roofing had fallen into my attic which I wasn't made aware of, found and had to clean up (-1). Additionally despite chasing 7 times on Checkatrade I didn't receive a final statement which was promised. Communication wasn't good (-1).

  Cleared overgrown back garden including trees and stumps. Laid a lawn.

  Very punctual keen to get the job done but not rushed. A good group of workmen on the job. Likes to keep the customer satisfied.

  Fixed our guttering issue

  We used the CheckaTrady job search and Joe from LMT Property Solutions contacted me to discuss the job. On first go, the issue wasn't fully resolved but the team were very approachable to return and fix it for us, which we were very grateful for. It was a challenging job and understandable that it wasn't straightforward from the outset. Would recommend for speed of booking, willingness and friendliness.
