promised and promised let me down so many times . to finnish job . never came to do it all
stop start on the job , promised and promised to get the job done .sent people to finnish jobs and never came back . left waste in bags outside my house for over a month . owner was sick at one time . promised and promised to finnish job . read all my messages still never finnish the job . i had to dump the rubbish left . i have a heart condition . still tape hanging off my house .. mess over 2 windows and plastics on conservatory . drain pipes not secured to walls .ive started finishing off myself . i have a heart condition which he knows about . i paid for roof tiles to be sorted , he never

Tendering the reveals
I called luke and he was able to come round and give me a no nonsense quote and a start date for the work to be done. A member of his team came to my house at the planned time and got to work straight away. The work was completed to a good standard.

Outside wall rendering
I had my entire outer wall render replaced urgently in January due to a leak in the wall. Luke and his team booked in me in quickly and did a fantastic job despite having to work for two weeks in freezing temperatures, took the time to finish details around windows properly even taking the time to repaint the downpipe to match the new wall colour. They were also able to recommend a roofer when they noticed a sealing issue in the extension roof. Thank you very much!

Monocouche Rendering

Monocouche render
Luke's communication was excellent. Luke and and the guys who did the monocouche rendering (Ross, Albert and their trainee) were very polite, and went the extra mile to ensure an excellent finish. Monocouche is very messy, but they did their upmost to clean up at the end of each day.

Outside render to the front elevation of my property
Terrible finish on the front of my property. Uneven and not scratched properly so looks like a patch work quilt. Render missing, beading missing, no recess levels and a truly all round bad job. Gutted I paid the majority of the money as I now have a huge bill to put it right. Clean up job is laughable. Seriously don't recommend.
