Had my £11.5k kitchen fitted by Blackline kitchens a few months ago, The workmanship was not good, including poor measuring, which led to multiple holes being drilled on base boards and attempts to relocate door hinges. Unnecessary cuts to sink cabinet when the sink actually fits in the cabinet fine. Ive since had to install brackets under the sink to stabilised the back of the unit which was just flapping about. The boiler unit door was the worst, had about 4 different attempts to drill holes for hinges. Limited here due to word count. But there's so much more I could say.
