Contacted L&N Roofing for a roof moss removal job. Prompt response to enquiry. When job was started it was clear that tiles needed replacing. Nathan was able to confirm job could be completed over the course of two days to ensure our property was not left vulnerable to the elements which was much appreciated. Nathan and his team were polite and professional. No mess while work being completed and all taken away at end of job. Excellent service. Very quick to respond to my enquiry to repair a broken gutter, tried to squeeze in the relatively small job as soon as availability could allow, kept me informed the whole way. Nathan explained from his first visit the issues with my roof . There were various options and these were all explained. The outcome was to remove and replace all the ridge tiles with same tiles, renewing if necessary. All completed in a professional manner. The two gentlemen who did the work were very courteous and very tidy in there work. Very happy and would recommend L&N Roofing to anybody who requires roof work. After seeking many quotes. Nathan was open and honest about what work needed doing, no pressure, it was up to us what we agreed to have done. The actual work was done quickly and efficiently, they cleared up at the end of each day. The whole team were very polite and courteous. Nathan came round quickly on his weekend to inspect, quote and give us a timeline as to when he and the team could replace our leaking dormer roof. Because its high up and hard to show what was wrong and what was being done they constantly provided videos of what was going on so we felt informed about the problem during quoting, the work as it was being done and then the final finish. While they were up there they realised the felt was rotting on the pitch roof above the dormer. Gave a quick and reasonable quote mid job to replace the felt.
