Initial response was prompt and visit to assess the job went well. Verbal estimate given on the day of visit and he said he could do the work within a month. After chasing twice, I was offered a date with short notice that was not convenient. After that, despite numerous attempts to contact him, no response.

I have a well-established garden in Stockbridge that gives me endless pleasure and is open for the NGS several times a year, and which I felt could benefit from a sympathetic and professional eye. Keith and Sim conducted a survey and carried out some clever and much appreciated improvements involving modifications to two terraces and the introduction of fresh planting The work was carried out quickly and with the minimum of mess and the result has improved those areas of the garden considerably. I can unreservedly recommend them for their work and being a pleasure to have around.

Amazing transformation of my garden! Keith and his team are so skilled. They laid beautiful porcelain tiles for the patio. Installed raised beds using green oak, laid high quality artificial grass especially suitable for pets. The planting was the icing on the cake. Truly beautiful, lots of evergreen for year round interest, bamboo for screening, an olive tree, hydrangeas, lavender, lots of purple and white, too many to name. The help with planning then carrying out the work agreed to a first class standard. Fantastic to know I can call on them for any advice or to arrange ongoing maintenance.

The guys did a great job. On time, excellent attention to detail. Valuable input to design features.

Keith from LOAM Gardens was really helpful and very understanding in getting great quality soil and compost to us during the lockdown. Would recommend and use them again in the future.

Keith was recommend by my builder so I knew he would be reliable and trustworthy and that his work would be to a high standard which it was. He removed and disposed of the old sleepers and he managed to fit the new sleepers with minimal wear and tear to the grass. I would recommend Keith.
